About ShivAstro

ShivAstro (https://shivastro.vercel.app) is operated by Shivam Sharma, an individual proprietor based in India ("we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to the terms below.

The service

ShivAstro provides Vedic and Western astrological chart calculations, AI-generated readings, and optional paid services: a Premium PDF report and one-on-one consultations with a human astrologer.

The free tools (birth charts, dashas, doshas, AI chat, daily horoscope, etc.) are provided at no cost and require no account.

Nature of the content — entertainment and self-reflection

Astrology is a traditional belief system, not an empirically validated science. All charts, readings, AI-generated content, and consultations are provided for entertainment, cultural, and self-reflective purposes only. They must not be treated as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should never replace consultation with a qualified professional in those fields.

AI-generated content

Readings and chat responses from our AI astrologer are generated automatically based on your computed chart. While we ground the AI in your actual planetary positions, AI-generated text can occasionally be inaccurate or make mistakes. Use your own judgment.

Paid services

Premium PDF Report (₹99): a downloadable, in-depth PDF version of your chart with additional AI-generated deep-dive sections, delivered instantly after payment.

Astrologer Consultations (₹500 / ₹800 / ₹1000): fixed-price question packs (3, 5, or 10 questions) answered by a human astrologer via WhatsApp, typically within 24 hours of payment.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

Reading Studio

When enabled for purchase, relationship reports, birthday-year reports, gift readings and human-review upgrades each cost Rs 99 once. A signed-in account is required. Automated reports use calculated chart contacts and traditional interpretations, not verified personal facts. The birthday-year report is a transit calendar, not an exact solar-return chart. Previews contain only part of a report.

Report questions include five successful AI explanations per paid report. Human reviews are available only when a named reviewer, turnaround and human follow-up allowance are displayed before checkout. They are delivered to your account, not instantly generated by AI.

A gift code can be redeemed once and has no automatic expiry. Keep it private. The recipient chooses their own profiles and the purchaser cannot view the recipient's report. Only provide another person's birth details with their permission.

Accuracy of birth data

Chart accuracy depends entirely on the birth date, time, and place you provide. We are not responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from incorrect or approximate birth details you enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to abuse the free AI features at automated scale, attacking the site's infrastructure, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

ShivAstro and its operator are not liable for decisions made based on chart readings, AI content, or astrologer consultations. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
