Refund & Cancellation Policy

Premium PDF Report (₹99)
The Premium PDF is generated and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because it is a digital product delivered immediately, it is non-refundable once generated, except in the case of a genuine technical failure (see below).
If payment is deducted but the report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, contact us with your Order ID and we will either resend the report or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Astrologer Consultations (₹500 / ₹800 / ₹1000)
Once payment is confirmed, your questions are sent to our astrologer and a response is prepared. Because this involves dedicated human time, consultation payments are non-refundable once the astrologer has begun preparing or has responded to your questions.
If you do not receive any response within 48 hours of a confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund — contact us with your Order ID.
Cancellation before the astrologer has responded (within a reasonable window) may be requested by contacting us; refunds in this case are issued at our discretion, evaluated case by case.
Failed / duplicate payments
If a payment is deducted from your account but the order does not show as confirmed on our site (e.g. due to a network or gateway error), it is automatically reversed by Cashfree to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. If it isn't, contact us with your payment reference and we'll help resolve it.
How to request a refund
Email or WhatsApp us (see Contact Us) with your Order ID, the date of payment, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
