Refund & Cancellation Policy

Premium PDF Report (₹99)

The Premium PDF is prepared after payment confirmation. Generation may take several requests; saved progress can be resumed without paying again. It is non-refundable once generated, except in the case of a genuine technical failure (see below).

If payment is deducted but the report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, contact us with your Order ID and we will either resend the report or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Palm and face readings (₹99 each)

These are one-time AI-generated traditional-symbolism readings for reflection and entertainment, not factual predictions or professional advice. If payment is deducted but a report is missing, retry the saved order without paying again or contact support with your order ID for delivery or a refund review under the failed-payment terms below.

Astrologer Consultations (₹500 / ₹800 / ₹1000)

Once payment is confirmed, your questions are sent to our astrologer and a response is prepared. Because this involves dedicated human time, consultation payments are non-refundable once the astrologer has begun preparing or has responded to your questions.

If you do not receive any response within 48 hours of a confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund — contact us with your Order ID.

Cancellation before the astrologer has responded (within a reasonable window) may be requested by contacting us; refunds in this case are issued at our discretion, evaluated case by case.

Failed / duplicate payments

If money is deducted but a report or booking is missing, do not pay again. Use your saved order recovery code to check payment and retry delivery. A missing site confirmation does not mean your payment was reversed. Contact us with your order ID and payment reference so we can investigate delivery or a refund; any refund must be confirmed separately by the payment provider.

Reading Studio orders and gifts

For a missing Rs 99 studio report, sign in and check the saved order before paying again. Contact support with the order ID for failed delivery, duplicate charges, a missed human-review deadline, or a gift cancellation request. Gift cancellations must be checked against redemption status. Cancelling a gift code does not itself refund a payment; any refund is processed separately through the payment provider. The failed-payment support process above also applies to studio orders.

How to request a refund

Email or WhatsApp us (see Contact Us) with your Order ID, the date of payment, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
